Nathan & Lauren eloped on July 16th, 2001…
However their “relationship” did not begin there…
They actually met back in elementary school…
Always the hopeless romantic, Nathan fell for her the minute he laid eyes on her…
Lauren was not impressed…
She thought he was a scrawny, hyper, and strange little kid. Did that stop Nathan?
Of course not!
Nathan drew her a picture, sprayed it with cologne, and found the courage to give it to her….
She said. “That’s nice, I think you should go date someone else!”
The end of the school year would bring devastating news to Nathan…
Lauren was about to be HOMESCHOOLED!
Many years pass without seeing one another, but finally they meet once again. Nathan boldly admits that he has had a crush on her since the sixth grade…
Lauren blushes and says nothing back…
Lauren works at Wendy’s at this point…
So Nathan goes and visits, and after many many a frosty later they begin dating!
Within five months of dating they decide to “TIE THE KNOT” as soon as possible. They went to the courthouse the next day and eloped. They only told one person beforehand. (SCANDALOUS)
But here they are after all these years…
